Your proposal specifies the exact model numbers, includes a detailed materials list with quantities, and breaks out all costs line by line. If you request scope changes, we provide a written amendment before any additional work begins.
Our permitting specialists have filed 500+ multi-family HVAC permits. We understand which jurisdictions require engineer-stamped drawings and which associations need acoustic attenuation specifications. We handle all correspondence and notify you immediately upon approval.
All equipment is delivered to your loading area the day before installation, ensuring work begins promptly at 8 AM. Refrigerant lines are silver-brazed (not flared), condensate drains are properly pitched, and every wall penetration receives fire-rated sealing before we depart.
